Stay at the Intercontinental Toronto Centre

Book your accommodation at Intercontinental Toronto Centre, 225 Front Street West, ONLINE HERE. Or by calling the reservations department at 1-800-235-4670. Please identify yourself as being with the OEMAC Annual Scientific Conference in order to qualify for the group rate of $219.00 per night for a run of house room.

Note that there aren’t many rooms available on the night of September 29th at the group rate. If you try to make a reservation including this date, and rooms aren’t available, you will be told that the group rate is no longer available. This is not the case. You simply have to make two separate reservations, one for the first nights, and one for the night of the 29th (at a higher rate). If you have any issues with reservations please call OEMAC at 1-888-223-3808.

The deadline for the group rate is September 2, 2015.

Transportation and Parking

Parking at the Intercontinental Toronto Centre

VALET PARKING: This option is available at the hotel, with in and Out privileges. This charge can be billed to a guestroom or payable in cash. $45.00 per 24 hours. The valet parking access is just off of Simcoe Street behind the hotel (lower doors) – Stay to the right hand side.

SELF PARKING with the convention centre next door. There are NO in/out privileges and you must pay upon exiting the garage. Maximum amount is $ 30.00 per 24 hours. Self parking access is just off of Simcoe Street – Stay to the left hand side

Transportation options from the airport

If you are travelling from the Toronto Pearson Airport you may choose to take a taxi or the Union Pearson Express. If you are arriving at the Billy Bishop Airport, there is a free shuttle that can take you downtown Toronto. Find out more HERE.
