The email notice was only sent to the main contact as indicated on your abstract submission. It is the responsibility of the main contact to ensure all presenters are aware of the guidelines and are registered for the Annual Conference. |

POSTER CRITERIA & SPECIFICATIONS Poster Dimensions Your printed poster should be no larger than 3.5 feet wide x 4 feet tall (portrait orientation). Registration Poster presenters are required to register and attend the Annual Conference. To register, click here. Schedule The poster session will take place during the Welcome Reception on Sunday, October 5, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Poster presenters must be present at their poster location to answer questions during dedicated poster viewings. Posters are to remain up for the duration of the conference. POSTER SET UP & TAKE DOWN Poster Set Up: Sunday, October 5, 2025, between 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Location: Westin Toronto Airport Hotel, Room TBD Poster Removal: Tuesday, October 7, 2025, between 1:15 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. The OEMAC and CBOM are not responsible for any posters that are not removed by the deadline.
