What are the deadlines for registration? 

Early bird registration closes August 31, and registration (regular rate) closes September 28. 

How can I register and how much does it cost?

Are discounts available?
OEMAC members can receive up to 60% off their conference registration! To become a member, click here.

Is registration available onsite?
Please note that onsite registration will be limited. Full payments can be made by VISA or Mastercard.

What is included in the cost of my registration?
Registration fees include: breakfasts, lunches and breaks during the annual conference and access to OEMAC meeting sessions. Fees do not include dinner, social events or hotel accommodations. 

I did not receive a registration confirmation; how can I get one sent to me? 
Please contact registration@secretariatcentral.com if you would like to receive a copy of your registration confirmation.

Cancellation/refund policy
Cancellations will only be accepted on or before September 22, 2025. Please note there is a 10% administration fee applied to all cancellations. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 22, 2025. No liability is assumed by the OEMAC for changes in program date, content, speakers, venues, or cancellation of the event.

Accreditation details are not available at this time.

When will I receive my certificate of attendance?
Certificates of Attendance will be available for download immediately after completing the Overall Evaluation. You will receive the link to complete the Overall Evaluation at the end of the conference.
